หน้านี้คือข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณกับ TevadaPro เมื่อคุณเปิดใช้งานโปรแกรม ทดลองใช้ หรือชำระเงินผ่าน tevadapro.com ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดในหน้านี้ ข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่เราเก็บอธิบายไว้ใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
1. สิทธิ์การใช้งาน
- หนึ่งบัญชีใช้โปรแกรมได้ 1 เครื่อง ผูกเครื่องผ่านหน้าต่างเปิดใช้งานในโปรแกรม
- เปลี่ยนคอมหรือลง Windows ใหม่ ปลดเครื่องเก่าเองได้ที่หน้า บัญชีของฉัน สัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง
- โปรแกรมต้องต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตตลอดเวลาที่ใช้งาน ถ้าเน็ตหลุดเกิน 15 นาที บอทจะหยุดเอง
- ห้ามขายต่อ ให้เช่าต่อ หรือแชร์สิทธิ์ใช้งานให้คนอื่น
2. ทดลองใช้ฟรี
ทดลองใช้ฟรี 5 ชั่วโมง ได้ครั้งเดียวต่อบัญชีและต่อเครื่อง ขอให้ทดลองจนแน่ใจว่าโปรแกรมใช้กับเครื่องและไอดีของคุณได้ก่อนชำระเงิน

- ชำระผ่าน PromptPay หรือ TrueMoney Wallet แล้วอัปโหลดสลิป ระบบตรวจสลิปและเพิ่มวันให้อัตโนมัติ
- ซื้อซ้ำก่อนหมดอายุ วันใหม่จะต่อจากวันเดิม ไม่หายไป
- ทุกแพ็กเกจได้ฟีเจอร์เท่ากัน ต่างกันแค่จำนวนวัน
4. การคืนเงิน
ข้อยกเว้น: ถ้าคุณโอนเงินแล้วแต่ระบบไม่เพิ่มวันให้ ให้ส่งสลิปหรือเลขอ้างอิงรายการให้แอดมินทาง Discord ของ TevadaPro เราจะตรวจสอบแล้ว เพิ่มวันให้ตามแพ็กเกจที่ชำระ (ไม่ได้คืนเป็นเงิน)
5. เมื่อเกมอัปเดตแล้วโปรแกรมใช้ไม่ได้
- เมื่อเกมอัปเดต เราจะรีบออกรุ่นแก้ให้เร็วที่สุด
- ถ้าช่วงที่รอรุ่นแก้ทำให้บอทใช้งานไม่ได้ เราชดเชยวันใช้งานเท่ากับจำนวนวันที่ใช้ไม่ได้จริง
- ต้อง แจ้งทีมผู้พัฒนาทาง Discord ของ TevadaPro ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่เริ่มใช้ไม่ได้ พ้นกำหนดนี้จะไม่ได้รับการชดเชย
6. ความเสี่ยงของไอดีเกม
การใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่นขัดกับเงื่อนไขของเกม ผู้พัฒนาเกมอาจระงับไอดีได้ทุกเมื่อ TevadaPro ช่วยลดความเสี่ยงด้วยการสุ่มจังหวะและพักเป็นช่วง แต่ไม่มีทางรับประกันได้ 100%
ความเสี่ยงนี้เป็นของผู้ใช้เอง ทีมงานไม่รับผิดชอบไอดีที่ถูกระงับหรือถูกลงโทษ และไม่คืนเงินหรือชดเชยวันในกรณีนี้
7. การระงับบัญชี
แอดมินระงับบัญชีได้ทันทีโดยไม่คืนเงิน ถ้าพบว่ามีการโกงระบบชำระเงิน (เช่น สลิปปลอมหรือใช้สลิปซ้ำ) แชร์หรือขายต่อสิทธิ์ใช้งาน หรือพยายามแกะหรือดัดแปลงโปรแกรม
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
ราคาและเงื่อนไขอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ โดยจะปรับหน้านี้และวันที่ด้านบน การเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่กระทบวันใช้งานที่คุณซื้อไปแล้ว การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญจะแจ้งทาง Discord ของ TevadaPro

This page is the agreement between you and TevadaPro. By activating the app, starting a trial or paying on tevadapro.com, you accept all the terms below. What personal data we keep is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. Your licence
- One account can run the app on 1 PC, linked through the Activate window in the app.
- New PC or reinstalled Windows? You can unlink the old PC yourself on the My account page, once a week.
- The app needs internet the whole time it runs. If the connection is down for more than 15 minutes, the bot stops.
- You may not resell, sublet or share your licence with anyone else.
2. Free trial
The free 5-hour trial is available once per account and once per PC. Please use it to make sure the app works on your PC and game account before you pay.

- Pay by PromptPay or TrueMoney Wallet, then upload the slip. The slip is checked and your days are added automatically.
- If you buy again before your time runs out, the new days are added on top. Nothing is lost.
- Every plan has every feature. Only the number of days differs.
4. Refunds
The one exception: if you paid but the system didn't add your days, send the slip or transaction reference to the admin on the TevadaPro Discord. We'll check it and add the days for the plan you paid for (not a cash refund).
5. When a game update breaks the app
- When the game updates, we release a fixed version as fast as we can.
- If the bot can't be used while you wait for the fix, we add back as many days as it was actually unusable.
- You must tell the developer team on the TevadaPro Discord within 7 days of when it stopped working. Reports after that aren't compensated.
6. Risk to your game account
Using a bot goes against the game's terms, and the game developer may suspend accounts at any time. TevadaPro lowers the risk with randomized timing and regular breaks, but no one can guarantee it 100%.
That risk is yours. We aren't responsible for suspended or penalized game accounts, and we don't refund or add days in that case.
7. Account suspension
The admin may suspend an account right away, without a refund, for cheating the payment system (such as fake or reused slips), sharing or reselling a licence, or trying to crack or modify the app.
8. Changes to these terms
Prices and terms may change. We'll update this page and the date above. Changes never affect days you've already bought. Important changes will be announced on the TevadaPro Discord.
